Rihanna Embraces Her “Wifehood” as Fans Speculate Marriage with ASAP Rocky

Spoke with E! News at the launch of her Savage x Fenty collection in Los Angeles. During the conversation, she hinted at a settled, family-focused lifestyle that has many wondering: Are Rihanna and ASAP Rocky secretly married?

Rihanna didn’t shy away from expressing how much her life has transformed. She admitted that she’s fully embracing this chapter of her life, describing it as a mix of “motherhood, wifehood-ish, wife-ish hood and just being a homebody. 

"I love it.” For fans, this “wifehood-ish” comment was the spark needed to reignite marriage rumors.

Aside from hinting at her relationship status, Rihanna gushed about her role as a homemaker. She revealed, “I love to be a homemaker. I have a lot of women in my home right now, and I just like to be exciting and celebrate things. I’m trying to build new traditions for our little family that we built.”

The singer also shared her Halloween plans with Rocky and their sons, noting that she plans to take them trick-or-treating and even attempt making homemade ghost cookies. It seems that Rihanna is all in on creating special memories for her growing family, adding to the narrative of a “new era” of Rihanna.

But it’s not just Halloween that the singer has on her calendar. Rihanna mentioned looking forward to spending Thanksgiving with her “in-laws.” When asked about the reference, she responded quickly, seemingly aware of the curiosity surrounding her statement.

Rumors of a marriage have been swirling since 2022 when she appeared as Rocky’s bride in his music video for “D.M.B.” The video featured Rocky wearing a gold grill that read “Marry Me?” while Rihanna’s read “I Do.”

Then, in January of the following year, the couple surprised fans again by announcing their first pregnancy. Rihanna has since become a mom to two boys and hinted at the possibility of more children. As she told Interview Magazine in April, “I don’t know what God wants, but I would go for more than two. I would try for my girl. But of course if it’s another boy, it’s another boy.”
